Russian coast guard sinks "New Star", 8 sailors drown

If the new report is to be believed one of the project 745 ships unleashed 500 HE frag rounds into the cargo ship when it didnt stop when ordered. Apperently the ships owner had a conversation with the captain to not stop since the cargo was contraband. After some time the coast guard ship opened fire, the vessel started going back when it realized that it was sinking. For about a day it slowly was heading back to port while the crew asked for help, Russian coast guard ignored the calls(this is disputed). When the captain ordered for the sailors to bail the coast guard picked them up, about 8 Chinese and Indonesians drowned.
